For additional guests a new residential node, of rough-hewn logs and re-cycled material, straddles the meandering lengths of water on boulders, stubs and columns created in the "Tampita Vihare" (temple) or "Ambalama" (resting place) tradition. The ground floor of this unit is composed of a series of different levels, with wide decks under cover or others open to the sky. The decks have been fabricated with the remains of the re-cycled cable-trunking used previously. The ground floor comprises living/lounge/dinning and pantry areas with open decks as an option for outside dinning on moon-lit nights. The first floor contains two bedrooms with attached toilets and a common balcony with distant views of he village tank (lake) through a dappled world of branches and flowers.
