For the convenience and enjoyment of guests, Athukorala Tea also operates Kurunduwatta Villa, a 03 bedroom luxury villa with all modern facilities, located adjacent to the Tea Factory.

All the Villa rooms include en-suite toilets with hot water, air-conditioning, satellite television, tea/coffee making facilities and wi-fi as well. From your own private balcony visitors can take in lush views of vast plantations with rolling fields that dominate the scene. The Villa offers single, double, triple and family rooms as required.

The Villa includes a private dining room where delicious and wholesome meals can be savoured.

The Kurunduwatta Villa in-house chef is happy to plate up both eastern and western favourites including a mouthwatering traditional Sri Lankan Rice n Curry with all accompaniments such as pickles and chutney.

If what you desire is not on the menu just ask and the chef will be happy to accommodate. With notice a barbeque is easily organized. The Villa offers guests all modern conveniences, facilities and amenities for utmost comfort including a dedicated TV Room.
